SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

-There is a flat rate charge $8 for standard shipping. If you buy $100 or more (no tax included), we provide free shipping.

-Your order will be processed within 1-5 business days (Monday thru Friday) except weekends and holidays. Unfortunately we do not ship overnight or express.

-We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

Return Policy

-There is no refunds for returns and we provide only store credit for returns within 14 days from the date it was delivered.

 

-All return items must be in saleable condition with receipts. We inspect all items upon receipt to make sure they meet resale standards.

 

-Please remember that we charge a $5 restocking fee for all returned item(s).
 

-All shipping fees for exchange or return items are responsible for customers.

 

-Clearance or sale items are final sale. In addition, bodysuits, bathing suits, accessories, and white garments are all final sale. NO exceptions.

 

-We are not responsible for refunds for lost packages once we provide a tracking number for your purchase. No exceptions.

 

-If you received damaged and defective items, email us with clear photos that show the damage within 5 days of its delivery date. Once we inspect your return item, our pre-paid trackable return level will be sent to you. After we receive your return, you will be processed with our store credit.
